Our loose and special designated offerings for December will support the ELCA Good Gifts program. As members of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, we believe that God is calling us into the world — together. And with generous, loving hands, we can make a difference. ELCA Good Gifts is your opportunity to provide critical support to the ministries and programs that mean the most. The items in our catalog are real examples from projects currently supported through different churchwide ministries. The projects have been planned such that each community receives exactly the kind of support it needs and none of what it doesn’t. Those items include, but are not limited to school fees for children, vaccines, pigs, cows, chicks, fruit tree seedlings, and honeybees. This is not a budgeted item, but you can help by placing loose offering in the offering plate, or by designating your gift for “Good Gifts” on your offering envelope.
